Hello, Beautiful! 

I am a 47-year-old mother of two children; I am a womb keeper staying true to healing using Holistic Modality!

I am from Trinidad and Tobago, born and raised, staying true to my roots and cultures and hard work ethic.

Well, in 2018, I had my first irregular and most painful cycle; I knew something was wrong, so I went to the doctor and found out I had fibroids. I had fibroids plus incontinence issues. The first thing recommended to me by two male Doctors in the room was a hysterectomy and Mesh or Sling; gosh, no, I cannot remember. "WHAT! Hell, FUCKING NO" was my response. 

I walked out of the doctor's office and took my health into my own hands. I decided to study and find a natural and holistic way to eliminate fibroids without a damn hysterectomy dealing with what causes the fibroids and incontinence issues. I changed my diet, dealt with my childhood issue, and implemented other holistic methods, seeing positive changes in my cycle and bladder issues.

My journey has helped me love and embrace myself first, then the love and understanding of holistic health and natural healing practices inspired me to help women and men embrace reproductive health wellness.

I became certified in 2018 as Womb Wellness Practitioner and Goddess Gemstone Sensuality Coach to help women with pelvic floor issues, opening my doors in September 2018. As I continued this work, I became a Womb/Prostate Wellness Instructor and Fibroids Relief, Specialist. All certifications are obtained from the Love My Womb Academy, a nationally accredited and board-certified holistic health and womb/prostate wellness education provider in Atlanta, GA, USA. I am grateful to you, Mama Tracey; you have forever changed my life.

In 2020 I was looking for answers about my health: my body was breaking down before me, all the medical tests returned everything was normal; what the fuck is normal? I had to give up walking or standing for an extended period. I will have swelling and pain, which sent me on another quest of healing this body I was given, and I found Lisa, and the floodgate to my current teacher Heather was opened in December of 2021. Gratitude to you, Lisa, my dear.

Heather has a multi-modality, multi-dimensional approach and 40 + years of natural life /problem detecting/solving experience; I learned what was causing my body to fail me, thyroid issues, and an underline heart meridian low that was triggering my leg issues, frozen shoulder, and all the alignment I was having. Had I listened to the doctor? I would've undergone surgery for failed varicose veins; I am healing myself and learning new skills and knowledge to help and assist others on their healing journey. Under Heather, I have learned that the body can heal with the right ingredients, East Asian medical knowledge and application - including Pricklies, Pelvic care, Womb Whispering, Living Ligaments, Gentle Selfing, and much more as I sit under her feet. It is a privilege; it's a privilege to assist others dealing with health issues and lead them on the road to health and happiness with simple solutions, the use of hands, and natural remedies. The body can repair itself; but it requires declutching and maintained.
